A boutique new build development of just twelve apartments and penthouses that bring contemporary and classic design together in the heart of London. Set in Marylebone, the architecture of 124 Seymour Place captures the history and the future of the area, with its replica Georgian façade to the front and the dramatic modern façade to the rear. The development includes the demolition of the existing load bearing masonry and timber floor building which is to be replaced by a new reinforced concrete frame, with steel frame mansard roof, extending five stories above ground and one storey below, essentially occupying the same footprint and extent as the existing building.
