The project consisted of a development of previously semi-industrial land bound on all sides by residential and commercial properties to create range of residential properties arranged around a communal, central garden.
The development was raised in reinforced concrete designed as three blocks separated by movement joints, supporting a steel frame for the top, inset storey where the flat roofs supported an extensive array of photo-voltaic panels.
