The Project consists of the sensitive redevelopment of two adjoining listed buildings located in the Mayfair Conservation Area.  Both buildings form a single site and are linked at basement level.  With previous unsympathetic alterations to the interiors of both buildings and much of the original fabric removed, the redevelopment "returns original plan form to the lower ground floor and moves modern interventions to a new basement".  The new basement includes an eight-car stacking system, swimming pool and spa areas.
