TITLARKS 

Titlarks is a new two storey residential property and a detached garage block with accommodation over by Octagon Developments located on Titlarks Hill on the outskirts of Sunningdale, Ascot. The single occupancy property includes indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam and treatment rooms. TV room, library/cigar lounge and first floor gym and 5No. ensuite bedrooms. The attic level has been designed to accommodate future change of use from storage to living space.  The build comprises load bearing masonry cavity walls, supporting hollocore planks at first floor and steel frames at roof level. 
The ground floor slab and foundation is a proprietary “House-deck system”, whereby an array of concrete piled foundations support a constant thickness of reinforced concrete suspended slab.
