A new housing association residential development in West Hampstead. It will be one of the first social housing schemes building towards PassivHaus environmental standards (estimated to use about 77% less energy for space heating), with low energy consumption and a highly efficient building envelope.

Accommodation will be provided in a stepped building of between 4 and 7 storeys above ground. The 7 storey block is designed as a three dimensional frame and wall structure to cater for complex load transfers down the building.

Structure will be a reinforced concrete frame with non-linear structural layout and cantilevered sides, and a brown roof with solar panels
