APARTMENTS, MANRESA ROAD DEVELOPMENT We have provided structural advice on the fitting out of a number of apartments in Manresa Road. This large £43m shell and core development provides 15 luxury apartments behind the retained façade of the former King's College Building in Manresa Road, Chelsea. The duplex apartments need a permanent floor inserted and staircase added, which involves complex detailing. The 7 triplex apartments will have new feature lifts and staircases extending over three levels. |

The conversion of four apartments into a single six storey residence in Knightsbridge. Work involves significant alterations to existing structure, including the insertion of a new oval stair over the height of the building. A new extension with a retractable roof is built at the rear of the property to house a swimming pool.

A mews house in central London was refurbished and interior spaces re-arranged. Extensive remodelling was required to accommodate the required changes including remodelling of the floor to minimise the structural depth.
LANSDOWNE CRESCENT A seven storey building to provide five luxury apartments in Notting Hill including a penthouse duplex. The structure is an RC frame on piled foundations and the main elevations are limestone with insitu reinforcement concrete backing walls.
