A phased development of 300 units of social housing using light gauge steel panel construction. There are a series of 2 storey houses and 3 and 4 storey blocks of flats as well as a community hall and health centre. The steelwork frames for the houses were erected at an average of just over one per day.

The buildings are constructed to "Lifetime Homes" and "Secure by Design" standards.
