Constructed on a brownfield site wedged between shops and flats, this timber clad building is set back from the main street. It has a 50m2 workshop or studio flat at ground level and a 75m2 maisonette above.

The thermo-efficient design incorporates underfloor heating linked to condensing boilers and a solar panel to supplement hot water.
